Chelsey Augustine is the current assistant professor of graphic design at Doane University. She is a creative from western Kansas where she attended Fort Hays State University and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design in 2020. Chelsey creates an array of work digitally in graphic design but enjoys conceptual branding, illustration, and hand-lettering the most. Much of her work includes lively uses of typography and bright colors that are eye-catching and fun.
In 2023, Chelsey completed her Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Fort Hays State University. Her thesis work focused on conceptual branding, packaging, and product design, along with various pieces of metal-casting sculpture work that create a story between products, brands, and familial figures in her life.
